APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING INFORMATION:
We are currently accepting new patients
- New patients: please schedule the new patient evaluation if you are seeking treatment. The appointment has enough time to discuss issues and for an initial treatment. Our new patient appointment is a value at $65.
- If you cannot get in within 4 weeks please contact sonja@barephysicaltherapy.com. We have space reserved on Friday mornings for new patient appointments
- Gait/Orthotic Evaluation: please choose the gait evaluation appointment even if you think you need treatment in addition to the evaluation. Once you are assessed for orthotics you will be advised of treatment. The evaluation is $30.
- Remote Gait/Orthotic Evaluation: if you are not within easy driving distance of Laramie, WY we can do a remote gait evaluation. Please read Video Gait Analysis for instructions.
- If you are near Colorado Springs we recommend seeing Katie Bare LMT (719.360.3517) or Anna at Dany’s PT in Briargate.
Everyone else, please schedule the appropriate appointment slot for you your needs.

- We accept cash, check or credit/debit card. We can provide a receipt for your insurance company if you are filing for reimbursement.
